Getting to the Stadium
From the airport, step by step — Newark Liberty (EWR) / JFK / LGA
- Newark (EWR) — take AirTrain to Newark Liberty Rail Station ($8.25), then NJ Transit to Secaucus Junction (~15 min).
- At Secaucus, transfer to the Meadowlands Rail Line direct to MetLife Stadium ($5.50, match days only).
- From JFK: AirTrain to Jamaica → LIRR to Penn Station → NJ Transit to Secaucus → Meadowlands shuttle (~1h45).
- From LGA: Q70 bus to Woodside → LIRR to Penn → NJ Transit (~1h30).
