FAQ
How much does it cost to attend 2 matches?
Most fans budget USD $2,000–$4,500 per person for a 5–7 night trip including flights, hotels and daily costs. Use the calculator above for your exact scenario.
What is the cheapest host city?
Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey are the cheapest host cities — budget hotels start around USD $70/night and food costs are roughly 40% lower than US host cities.
When should I book my hotel?
Book NOW for any match in the knockout rounds, especially New York (Final). Group-stage cities are still bookable through early 2026 but prices rise sharply 90 days before each match day.
Do I need travel insurance?
Strongly recommended. US healthcare costs are extreme without insurance, and Canada/Mexico are also worth covering for trip cancellation, lost luggage and stadium-day mishaps.
What currency do I need in each country?
USA = USD, Canada = CAD, Mexico = MXN. Credit cards work everywhere but carry $50–$100 local cash per country for transit, tips and street food.
